Open a match or event, choose Tickets, pick a category and your seats or quantity, then reserve and continue to checkout.

Once you reserve, your seats are held for a limited time shown as a countdown. If the countdown runs out, the seats return to sale and you will need to choose again.

Reserved seating assigns you a specific section, row and seat. General admission gives you entry to a zone without a specific seat.

The number allowed per order is set by the Federation and is shown while you are choosing. The site will tell you when you reach it.

The methods available are shown at checkout. Payment is completed with the payment provider, not on this website.

The payment provider has not confirmed the result yet. Do not pay again. The page checks for you, and your order is confirmed only once the payment is verified.

No. A failed payment returns you to checkout with your selection intact, as long as the hold has not expired, and you can try again.

Open the ticket and show the code on screen to be scanned. Use the full-screen view for the clearest display, and raise your screen brightness if the code will not scan.

No. Each ticket has its own code and is scanned separately, so everyone in your group can enter independently.

The ticket is still being issued. The code appears on the ticket as soon as it is ready.

Enter your mobile number or email and we send you a one-time code. There is no password to remember.

Check the number or address shown on screen and correct it if needed, then request a new code once the resend countdown finishes.

Whether guest checkout is available is set by the Federation. When it is, you can buy without an account; when it is not, checkout asks you to sign in first.

A match is a fixture between two teams. An event is a Federation occasion such as a ceremony or a workshop. Some events sell tickets, some ask you to register, and some are informational only.
